After having my second child, I started to not recognize the person I saw in the mirror. I was able to lose my baby weight so quickly after my first child and for some reason, my body did not respond the same after baby number 2. Having a desk job was causing me to not move as much, so my activity levels started to plummet. 

I knew I needed to make a change and that was when I reached out to Austin. My initial goals before I started with Austin were to feel more comfortable and confident in my own skin. I wanted to feel confident in any outfit or situation, instead of self-conscious. I was also tired of using the excuse of “being a mom” and this is just how things are. Never struggling with losing weight in the past, this was starting to take a toll on me.

My results with Austin have been exactly what I needed. I am now living a more active lifestyle and finding more and more ways to move my body throughout the day. My knowledge on nutrition has also skyrocketed. I know what foods to avoid and so much more about nutrition. I am now much more confident in my own skin and feel like I am in control of my health. 

My favorite thing about Austin’s coaching has to be his positive energy towards my success. He truly cares about your results and makes sure you are ready before making things harder. I never felt overwhelmed with my programs, and coming from a mom of two, that’s saying something!

Before I started working with Austin, I was not in the shape I wanted to be. I was always in athletics during school but as soon as I got out, my activity slowed down. I have always been in pretty good shape and never really had a body image issue. But, once my activity slowed, I noticed a change in my body and my confidence as well. 

Before we started working together, my initial goals were to build muscle and learn to eat right. I’ve never really focused on weight, but instead focus on how I feel. I was really looking to change the way I saw myself in the mirror and my overall knowledge of the fuel that my body needs.

The main thing holding me back was my commitment. I wasn’t sure if I was ready or willing to commit myself to work out every single day and eating the right things. I didn’t want to put in the time and effort, because I knew it was going to take that. But, I’m so thankful that I did.

Since working with Austin, my knowledge of overall fitness and health has increased tremendously. I know the things I need to do to fuel my body and started seeing results almost right away. I gained my confidence back and feel so much better about how I view myself.

Before working with Austin, I was in a bad place. One injury after another kept me out of the gym and caused me to gain 50+ lbs over 2 years. Knowing my family struggles with obesity and other health issues, I knew I needed to make a switch as soon as possible or the same thing would happen to me. 

Having played football my whole life, I knew the basics of weight training and how to properly lift. What I didn’t have was a single idea how or what I needed to be eating to lose weight. 

When I finally decided I needed to get back in shape, I started going to the gym more. I knew I would need help but I wanted to get a solid foundation for myself. After a couple of months, I wasn’t seeing the results I was hoping for and was getting frustrated. The mental toll of not being able to figure things out on my own was draining my self-confidence and I was ready to give up. This is when I started to reach out to Austin. 

I would say the biggest obstacle I had to get over was the investment. Paying for school isn’t cheap and not having a career yet was causing money to be tight. I also was skeptical if he could really help me lose weight, because nothing was working. I knew this would take time and I wanted to give myself a solid year of working with someone. Austin worked with me on pricing and he gave me an offer I couldn’t pass up. 

My initial goal with Austin’s Coaching was to lose some weight and be able to live an overall healthier lifestyle. I wanted to be able to hike again without taking a break every 5 minutes. Being overweight was causing me to miss out on the things I loved and I was completely fed up with it. I also knew I needed to get a hold of my health for the career I am entering. Nobody wants to listen to a PT that’s out of shape. I wanted to be able to practice what I preached. 

My results from 6 months of coaching have been more than I could have ever asked for. Physically, I have lost somewhere between 30- 40lbs (240s down to 200s) along with being able to do a single pull-up. Also reaching my PR on a lot of workouts I haven’t done since high school has been extremely awesome to see. Mentally, I gained a confidence level I never knew existed. I now feel more comfortable in my own body than I ever have. Week long hiking trips now seem like reality and that alone feels awesome to say. 

My favorite parts about Austin’s coaching is his availability and weekly calls. His response time is extremely quick and he is always there if I had a question about anything. The weekly calls really helped hold me accountable and helped set me up for each week. His nutrition coaching has been a HUGE thing for me as well. 

Anytime someone comes up and asks where I get my workout information or anything general about fitness I suggest they look you up. I have friends who keep asking me questions and I keep pushing them to you. Austin is probably one of the most knowledgeable, if not the most knowledgeable person I know when it comes to overall fitness and health. “Before I started Austin’s Online Coaching, I was lost. I was in the worst shape of my life and each day seemed to get harder than the next. My diet consisted of taco bell and pizza. I didn’t like how I fit in clothes. I was tired of feeling like I was just going through life with no purpose.

One thing I was doing really well was finding an excuse for everything. I was constantly bashing other people for taking their health seriously by watching what they ate and working out each week. When in reality, I was envious of their motivation and drive and wanted that for myself.  

I wanted to see what it was all about. Seeing Austin’s positive attitude on Instagram and the things he can do with his body started to motivate me. One thing I have always told myself was I would never go up a pant size. Since high school, I went up two pant sizes and that was the final straw. I simply was tired of making false promises to myself.

When I first reached out to Austin, I was very hesitant. I kept telling myself that there was no way his program was that special. I simply didn’t think coaching was worth that high of a price. I kept pushing off starting because I just didn’t see the value. I have always been told that eating healthy was super expensive. Once I did the math and saw the amount of money I was wasting on gas stations, eating out, and unhealthy habits, I started to open up more to the idea. Once he gave me the money back guarantee, I said why not and I invested in myself. 

My initial goals were to mainly get back in shape. I wanted my clothes to start fitting better and also wanted to lose around 15-20 lbs. I was tired of feeling like an out of shape old man. I also wanted to have a stronger core and build my bodyweight strength up. After 3 months, I was absolutely shocked with my results. 

I’ll start with my physical results. I can honestly say, at 26 years old, I am in the best of my life. In 3 months, I was able to lose 15lbs. I have my first ever REAL 6 pack. Although that was cool to see, it was even crazier to see my strength change. I can now do 100 push-ups without leaving the full plank position. I can do 10 consecutive muscle-ups, 25+ consecutive pull-ups, and freestyle push-ups that I never thought I would be able to do. My core strength has improved like crazy as well. A 4 minute plank is like nothing and holding a 1 minute boat hold is easy. I can even hold a 8:20 minute mile for 5 miles. My overall body composition has completely shifted. 

Although the physical results are amazing, Austin helped me make a complete 180 on my mentality. I now wake up with a purpose to better myself. I stopped caring what other people think of me. I’m noticing myself go out of my own way to give positive information to my friends and peers. I started noticing negative energy in my life and limited my time around it. I can now say I am not embarrassed to take my shirt off anymore. I now understand how to properly fuel my body and what I need to do to get the results I want. 

As cliche as this sounds, I now feel like I wake up and piss excellence haha. Anyone can go on the internet and download workout programs, meal plans, etc. That might get you started, but what keeps you going is a good coach to push and challenge you each week. That was my favorite service that Austin provided. No matter where I was in my program, he always found new ways to challenge me to be a better person every day, mentally and physically. 

I would recommend Austin to anyone who loves using the word “can’t”. I learned that I CAN do anything I set my mind to. I just have to move more so I can truly live more each and every day.

Before I started the yoga program with Jess, I was drained; not only mentally, but physically. My desk job, workload and lack movement that it entails was not helpful, add on to that three kids and endless activities. So when I reached out, my one goal was to become more flexible. But I also realized I wanted to change how I viewed myself. I want to be able to keep up with my growing children, whether that be physically as well as keeping my health up for them. 

When I first thought about the program, I held back because of the money aspect. I really struggle with investing in myself. Honestly, the actual amount is not unreasonable, especially knowing now what I have got from it, but I struggle to even buy myself a shirt (lol). I also let my insecurities about my body type and the fact that I consider my self “not flexible enough for yoga” get in my head. Since working with Jess, I now understand how to “flow,” the lingo, and I can touch my toes! 

I did struggle with the app at first, but once I found out that I can access it on my laptop it made things so much easier for me! Honestly, Jess is so gentle and I can tell she genuinely cares for my success. I would recommend this to many others, especially those who are struggling with their insecurities; the privacy on this training is top notch! 



Before I started the yoga program with Jess, I was very busy and caught up in life. My personality is generally that of the “busy beaver” mentality, so even when things are more calm I have the tendency to make myself busy. And even more than the mental aspect, the physical pain was a constant distraction. My lower back would hurt constantly, even when I was sleeping.

When I first spoke to Jess about the program, my goals were first and foremost begin to take time for myself, slow down mentally, and stretch more in the hopes of feeling better. Honestly, I have always struggled with my confidence. People would tell me I was thin, but I would not see it for myself. I was never really satisfied with myself, even though looking back I know I could/should have been.

Now, even though I would like to lose about 10lbs, I know it is not really about that for me anymore. I have learned that the numbers are not nearly as important as my true health. I want to be healthy, eat healthy, and overall just feel good! I did not originally think I would be able to commit to taking the time to get through the yoga program.

I knew I wanted to, but I also knew that I have stopped other workouts and programs before they were finished. I did not want to feel that guilt about not following through, and I was not sure if I could do yoga without an instructor in front of me to show me how to do the poses.

What I learned was that having a coach to keep me accountable made it so much easier to succeed and get through the program. And even though I am doing it from home, it feels like Jess is right there teaching me! Now, mentally, I know that I can do it. If there is a day where I cannot fit in the practice, I really like how easy Jess makes it to move and adjust the program for me. She has never made me feel bad about it, but eager to help. Since starting I have been able to notice that I can relax and slow down mentally much quicker.

Physically, I feel so much better because I have less back pain and can overall move easier! I enjoy how Jess takes the time to do Zoom classes with me. Having that personal touch and being able to ask her questions has been very helpful. The reminders and accountability have been great!

Probably my favorite thing about having Jess as my personal yoga coach is how calming she is. I needed that in my life. I am generally a hyper person, and her classes and coaching have been a good reminder to slow down and take a break for myself.

Also, being able to tell her what I need to work on, such as my trouble spots, and having classes sent to me specifically for those problems has been awesome! I won’t lie, some of the moves are not easy, but I enjoy that I find myself being pushed a little. I have learned that pushing myself, but not causing pain, is a good thing.

I especially enjoy our time in savasana, or meditation, at the end of practice. I would recommend that everyone could use this in their lives. 



Being gifted genetically with an athletic body type has allowed me to never have to worry about what I looked like. Life caught up to me, and it hit hard. I was at my lowest point. I realized I was living a very complacent lifestyle. I wasn’t self checking my eating habits, my workouts, and most importantly my goals. I was simply going through the motions doing what I thought was right. When in reality, I was scared to face the person in the mirror.

Before I started Austin’s coaching, my goals were very clear. I wanted to have visible abs and have an overall leaner body. Austin gave me the reality check I needed and allowed me to shift my focus on the important things. I needed to change my mindset towards eating, knowledge of what and how to eat, and taking control of my physical health. My family has a history of diabetes and I knew that if I didn’t change my lifestyle now, I would eventually follow suit.

The only thing holding me back from Austin’s coaching was my pride. I care way too much about what others think of me and need someone else to believe in me. Another stressor was money, but I realized that investing in myself would be the push I needed.

Since working with Austin, I have completely changed my perception of ‘health’ because I know that no one else’s standards matter but my own. I’ve learned to stop comparing my body/results to someone else’s and pay more attention to the confidence in the mirror, not the number on the scale. I’ve also realized how to listen to my body when it comes to my nutrition.
It’s a continued journey, which means it’s going to take more than a couple of months but it’s definitely worth it.

“Before I started Austin’s online coaching, I was very out of shape. Growing up playing sports and always being active allowed me to never have to focus on what I ate or being on a workout schedule.

I am very happy with my results. Physically, I have improved like crazy. My core feels stronger than ever and I have a lot more control of my body. I recently did a 3 minute plank and I was amazed. Mentally, I feel like a completely different person. I am much more cautious about what I put into my body. My productivity levels have also increased due to focusing on the little things and changing my habits around. Most importantly, I’m not afraid to take pictures anymore.
