MEET THE FOUNDER

Austin Bagshaw

My fitness journey started back in 2016 when I was forced to do team workouts with my college golf team. Standing at an astounding 5’5” & weighing 130lbs soaking wet, I was certainly a force to be reckoned with.

 Being the shortest guy in the room doesn’t have many perks, especially to an insecure 19 year old who moved 150 miles away from home. After about 2 months of strength training, I started to love how the workouts made me feel. I was noticing changes in my strength, posture, and how I carried myself. I was even hitting the golf ball farther. 

 The next two years were filled with trial and error. Trying supplement after supplement and watching days of youtube videos on how to further progress. Filled with focusing on the wrong things. 

 My list of mistakes I’ve made is long, but I’m comfortable saying that because they have made me the person I am today:

Doing what I love, confident, and in complete control of my physical health. 

I believe that the day you stop moving is the day you start dying. Which is why my motto is, “MOVE MORE. LIVE MORE.”

MEET OUR YOGA COACH

Jessica Holt

Jessica has been teaching yoga since 2014 and has a very versatile background within the studies of it.

Her first training was for hatha, vinyasa, power, and heated styles of yoga. From there she also studied stand-up paddle board yoga, acro yoga, slackline yoga (where she became a Yogaslacker Instructor), and whitewater stand-up paddle boarding.

In 2017 she traveled and lived in India, where she did her third yoga training, bringing in more knowledge of the practices ashtanga, restorative, meditation, ayurveda, and vipassana.

In 2018 she moved to Colorado, where she studied massage therapy and is currently a practicing massage therapist.

Jackson Young

The meaning behind bodybuilding to Jackson is improving yourself both mentally and physically.Together that is building a better body.

Jackson Young is an experienced group fitness trainer and 1 on 1 coach who is currently an aspiring physique competitor. His purpose is to not just make you look better, but feel better.

There is a major difference between desire and passion. Working with Jackson you see his passion for helping others and improving your well being. If you have put in the time to health and fitness and are not where you want to be OR are just getting started, Jackson can help you get from ‘point A’ to ‘point C’ by showing you how to ‘B’ a better version of yourself.
